Announcing - Clearwater Lodge on The Trinity River!
 Clearwater Lodge on the Trinity River is our newest Steelhead venue, serving up our famous Clearwater Lodge deluxe accommodations and gourmet meals to the desiring Steelhead Fly Fisherman. We are drawing upon our rich 25 year history to offer you the finest Steelhead on the Fly experience – come join us in the 2011/2012 Steelhead season beginning October 1, 2010 and ending March 1, 2012.
Our Trinity River Lodge located off Steel Bridge Road right on the banks of the Trinity River is a beautiful majestic A frame. It has everything you can imagine: Large spacious open floor plan, multiple rooms, and incredible views of the Trinity River from all windows.
Clearwater Lodge on the Trinity River features complementary WI-FI, ample parking and a mudroom that is perfect for our guests to leave their gear to dry; we also has a washer and dryer for guest use.
Clearwater Lodge on the Trinity River will be offering both packages and Spey/Switch schools:
- 2 Night Stay with meals, 2 Full Guide Day, 1 FREE Rod of your choice up to a Spey $1099.00 per person (min 2 persons)
- 3 Night Stay with meals, 3 Full Guide Day, 1 FREE Rod of your choice up to a Spey $1599.00 per person (min 2 persons)
Schools, Spey and Switch presentation for Steelhead on the Trinity!
New for the 2011 Steelhead season, Clearwater Spey and Switch Rod Schools on the Trinity River. Many of the Clearwater Guides are very accomplished Spey and Switch casters and we will be offering several 3-day Schools. These schools will cover different types of lines, techniques and presentations for both Switch Rod and Spey Rod casting. The aesthetic beauty gained, and the ease of covering water is why many of us have evolved to using these two-handed rods while chasing our passion – Steelhead!
