A complete selection of rods, reels, waders, wading staffs, boots, and vests is available for our guests at a modest charge. Clearwater's Fly Shop offers a complete selection of tackle from SAGE, Simms, Patagonia, and others, as well as licenses, sunglasses, clothing, hats, fly fishing gifts, and so on.
Clearwater's organized programs are instructional in nature and include accommodations and meals. Room rates are double occupancy. Trip sheets, with information on your accommodations, clothing, tackle, flies, and travel directions, will be sent to you upon registration.

Other activities around Clearwater Lodge include golf at the renowned Fall River course, just ten minutes east. There are miles
of roads and trails for hiking and biking in the national forest,
the 1000 Lakes Wilderness and in Lassen National Park.
Prior to your participation in any of the trips or activities offered by Clearwater,
you will be asked to sign a release of liability and assumption of risk form.
A copy of that form will be sent to you with your registration packet.
Notice of cancellation given 45 days or more in advance of stay at Clearwater
will receive refund of deposit minus a $50 processing fee. Notice of cancellation
given 8-44 days in advance of stay at Clearwater will have the deposit forfeited
unless a replacement of room and guide can be found. Full payment is expected
of those cancellations given 0-7 days in advance of stay at Clearwater.
Each season we host corporate groups, professional meetings, family reunions,
school outings and organizations from many areas. We can tailor an itinerary
to your specific needs and your budget. Please call the Clearwater office for

All Clearwater fishing programs are catch and release. We figure it's not agood
practice to kill our business partners. We fish only with barbless hooks. Gone
are the days when we can measure our success by the size of our stringers. We
must rely on memories, photographs, and on the opportunity to catch the same
fish again. We urge you to join us in supporting California Trout and other
trout and salmon conservation organizations. They are our best hope for the
future of wild trout fishing.
